PINOT NOIR 2014 Willamette Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ELK COVE
Deep purple red colour. Intense, spicy, bright, ripe plum-cherry-cranberry puree nose with some hints of cedar. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, tangy, fairly complex, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, crisp, high acid finish. Quite lovely with fine elegance, ripeness and harmony. In fact, this is the best release I have tasted in quite some time. The 2013 (**/**+) with 88.5-points as released on March 19, 2016 at $42.95. CSPC 234534
