TASTING NOTE: Grown in the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, this Pinot is wild-fermented in French oak. It offers notions of fresh cherry, raspberry, strawberry, rose hip and baking spices. There's nice structure here, and good length. Impressive value. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2016) |
