Bright very light yellow colour. Spicy, somewhat honeyed nose. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-lemon puree flavours with a very crisp, mineral-tinged, high acid finish. TASTING NOTE: A to Z Wineworks was started in 2002 by four friends, Oregon wine industry veterans Deb Hatcher (Eyrie), Bill Hatcher (Domaine Drouhin Oregon), Sam Tannahill (Archery Summit) and Cheryl Francis (Chehalem). This unoaked Chardonnay serves up tart apple, pear and melon with a robust mouthfeel. Pair with fresh crab and prawn linguine or a chicken and spring vegetable terrine.
