Fairly deep ruby red colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, ripe plum-crancherry nose with some gentle cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, intense, ripe, plum-crancherry flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 90-points / TRY - Ruby colour with a violet hue; minerally, slightly smoky, raspberry nose with a barnyard note; medium-bodied, dry, elegant, firmly structured but light on the palate with firm but pliant tannins. |
