ESTATE GROWN CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2013 Napa Valley |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
SILVERADO VINEYARDS |
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, ripe plum-red cherry nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, gently cedary, high acid finish. Still quite firm and perhaps a tad austere - will improve. Has 14.6% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Better than the 2012 (***) released on April 16, 2016 at $58.95. |
