Extremely deep intense purple colour. Very slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, bright, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cassis-tinged, gentle cedar finish. Totally ready-to-drink. This Merlot based blend with some Cabernet Sauvignon has 12.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points - Cedary, plum and vanilla oak nose; medium-bodied, dry, firmly structured with a rather blunt tannic finish. Needs cellaring 4-5 years. Not new in Vintages - the recommended 2010 (**/**+) with cspc 324673 was released on May 25, 2013 at $21.95. CSPC 497065
