A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
Operated by the Wyse family, Burrowing Owl is one of the brightest jewels in the BC winemaking crown. This Pinot Noir is typically crafted in an earthy, self-assured style that offers a wide breadth of complex, richly layered flavours. Expect a structured, balanced wine with smoky ripe dark fruit, spice and mineral tones that will evolve for 3-5 years. Great with food from the grills, try it with cedar-planked salmon or grilled steak. |
