Fairly deep violet-red colour. Very spicy, juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with lots of cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, smooth, spicy, juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, sandalwood-tinged, faintly smoky, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Not up to the recommended 2013 (**/**+) released on July 9, 2016 at $19.95.
