Fairly deep intense purple red colour. Slightly spicy, bright, still youthful, ripe plum-apple-cherry nose with some sandalwood-cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, fairly intense, slightly baked ripe plum-cherry-apple puree flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently complex finish. Has 14.5% alcohol with lot number L18AOPN12015 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TONY ASPLER / 89.5-points - Cedary, dried herbs and plum on the nose; full-bodied, rich and firmly structured with an orange peel note on the finish. |
