TASTING NOTE: Notably lithe with charming red fruit, the red wines of Savigny-Lès-Beaune are approachable in their youth. This one is no exception. It suggests generous red cherry and red berries with a lifted violet tone. White pepper and gentle oak nuances add further depth. This is fresh and beautifully balanced, ripe and harmonious - it will reward 5+ years of further cellaring. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2016) Price $ 36.95
