CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2014 Napa Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CA' MOMI
A REPEAT - here is my previous tasting note: Extremely deep intense purple colour. Fairly intense, somewhat herbal, spicy, baked plum-apple nose with lots of cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, fairly spicy, quite well structured, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cedary, licorice-tinged finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and now 6 (not 9) g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Cedary, black fruit nose; full-bodied, creamy blackberry and currant flavours with vanilla oak. The 2014 (**) was last released on February 18, 2017 at $29.95. CSPC 315002

Their wines are crafted with culinary pleasure in mind, and this Cabernet, in particular, is an ideal partner for slow-simmered stews and succulent roasts. Price $ 29.95
