TASTING NOTE: The 2013 IGP Côtes Catalanes Les Neiges de l'Agly Blanc is a blend of 55% Vermentino and 45% Viognier that was vinified and aged in 60% new French oak. It has gorgeous white peach, citrus blossom, white flowers and a kiss of honeysuckle to go with a ripe, rounded and textured feel on the palate. It's a rich white, and with air, subtle brioche and oak adds to the bouquet. It deserves a classy meal and should drink nicely for a year or two. Drink Date: 2015-2017.
