Bight pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, floral, ripe, apple-melon-pear nose with some mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, tangy, fresh, lemon-apple-pear flavours with a crisp unoaked mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. This Francois Lurton blend has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar.
