LCBO Text Status A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection!
Entre-Deux-Mers - or \"between two seas\" - is situated between Bordeaux's Garonne and Dordogne rivers, which meet to form the Gironde River that famously divides Bordeaux's Left and Right banks. The wines of Entre-Deux-Mers are predominantly red, but exciting whites are crafted too, primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, with Semillon, Muscadelle and Ugni Blanc also produced. This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon and Muscadelle, and you can expect to find a minerally, unoaked wine with a bright character plus some tangy fruit and classic grassy suggestions.
