TASTING NOTE: A blend of 55% Mourvèdre, 40% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine offers complex notes of dark cherry, pimento, smoke and earth on a sinewy, firmly structured frame. The finish is smoky and long. Pair with barbecued beef. (Vintages panel, June 2017) |
