Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, fairly juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, quite rich, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, crisp, slightly cedary, very faintly herbal, high acid finish. This 100% Bonarda has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17-075-109 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points / BEST BUY - Cedary, black plum nose; medium to full-bodied, dry, well-extracted blackberry flavour, firmly structured with ripe tannins.
