Farmed at 1200 metres, the vines require special hands-on care for pruning and canopy management, and precisely controlled irrigation to produce their high-quality fruit. TASTING NOTE: Ripe blackberry and cassis aromas show a note of graphite. In the mouth, this Cab is rocky and hard, with crusty cheek-sucking tannins. Herb-infused black-fruit flavors of cassis and blackberry finish oaky, chocolaty and minty, with biting, hard tannins. Score - 88 (Michael Schachner, Wine Enthusiast, May 1, 2017) Price $ 17.95
