Bright medium yellow colour. Slightly spicy, red apple, lemon meringue and hazelnut nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very bright, fresh apple-lemon-pear flavours with a hint of pepper on the finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
