TASTING NOTE: Not to be confused with Pouilly-Fumé, the Loire wine made from Sauvignon Blanc, this is a classic white Burgundy made with Chardonnay grown in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Floral notes, citrus, mineral, toast, smoke and a touch of honey create a lovely symphony here. The finish is crisp, fresh, focused and long. Pair with grilled lake fish.
