| Light golden yellow colour. Extremely sweet, spicy, honeyed, tropical fruit cocktail nose with some spicy apple sauce notes. Very sweet, medium bodied, fairly dense, harmonious, very spicy, apple pie flavours with a tropical fruit cocktail-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 11.5% alcohol (not 8.7% alcohol as appears on the LCBO website) and 248 g/L residual sugar. |

| TASTING NOTE: The best estimates place the first plantings of fruit on the farm that would become Riverview Cellars in 1910. Sam and Lina Pillitteri purchased the farm in 1975, renaming it Riverview Farms in the 1980s. The first wine vines planted were Gewurztraminer in 1992, followed by Vidal Blanc in 1993 and Cabernet Sauvignon in 1998. The 2015 Vidal Icewine offers vivid apple and floral notes with spice, citrus and pineapple tones emerging on the finish. Smooth and balanced with a vibrant core and a great texture.
