TASTING NOTE: This was fermented using a combination of wild and cultured yeasts and aged for 18 months in French oak. The resulting wine delivers intense fruit, baking spice, earth and a hint of cocoa at the edges. This is vibrant and long - a good match for polenta and sausage. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2016) |
