TASTING NOTE: Weißburgunder is the German word for Pinot Blanc, the lesser-known relative of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. This is an elegant and nicely balanced take on PB with mouth-watering acidity, plenty of stone fruit and subtle grassy notes. Pair with grilled pork and summer salads.
