TASTING NOTE: Barossa Valley Estate is committed to producing only three wines - Shiraz, GSM and this Cabernet Sauvignon - all reds and all reflective of what they believe to be the very best that the Barossa Valley region has to offer. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon offers eucalyptus and mint with roasted red pepper, cassis and black fruit with bramble and savoury undertones. Ripe, round, long and youthful.
