Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
DOMAINE GUY DUFOULEUR |
Deep purple red colour. Intense, complex, spicy, sandalwood-cedar nose with some baked plum-cherry notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering, high acid, faintly dusty, crancherry finish. Definitely not showing well at the moment. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points - Cedary, medicinal, raspberry nose; medium-bodied, dry, lean and rather tart. |
