TASTING NOTE: A dark-fruited pinot from a vineyard planted in 1989, this has a vinous grip cradling dark plum and cherry flavors. An amaro-like bitterness meets its persistent sweet core, giving the wine length. For Peking duck. Score - 90 (wineandspiritsmagazine.com, April, 2015) |
