Bright pale straw colour. Intense, complex, toasty, ripe lemon meringue nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, dense ripe lemon meringue flavours with lots of mineral notes and a lingering, high acid, very effervescent finish. Very classy and flavourful. Ready-to-drink. This blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier has 12.5% alcohol (the legal max for Champagne) and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number 110451 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
