TASTING NOTE: From organic and biodynamically farmed vines, this is off-dry, with a silky-slippery texture carrying flavours that suggest lime, green apple and peach. It starts with a sticky-chewy density, then turns pleasantly chalky and almost dry as it moves to the finish. The sweet-tart balance is well-tuned. Just 10-per-cent alcohol and very easy to sip.
