Very faintly ambering deep red colour. Fairly intense, sandalwood-tinged, somewhat rustic, baked plum-apple nose with some slight cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, dried ripe plum-cherry-apple flavours with a gently complex, lingering, savoury, high acid, slightly earthy-dusty, sandalwood-tinged finish. This REPEAT has 14% alcohol with a new lot number L63022 1089-2 on the capsule. It is better than the 2011 (**) that was last released on November 26, 2016 at $54.95 with lot number L5355 6159-4 on the capsule. TASTING NOTE: Love the complex aromas of raspberries, strawberries and minerals. Full body with fine, refined tannins with currant, blueberry and cherry flavors wrapped up in the tannic structure.
