Bright extremely pale straw colour. Attractive, spicy, honeyed, ripe lemon nose with some mineral-tinged, very gently toasty notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, attractive, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, gently complex, lingering, effervescent finish. Classy and ready-to-drink. This batch has 12% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar with lot number 17183512 on the capsule.
