Bright very light yellow colour. Fairly grassy, bright, ripe apple-lemon-melon nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, tangy, slightly spicy, gently grassy, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
