TASTING NOTE: Coppola has always appreciated the artistry of a good ensemble cast, and this wine brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Syrah from select Sonoma sub-appellations. It's soft and smooth with ripe blackberry, plum, cassis and toasty notes. Pair with grilled steaks topped with blue cheese butter. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2016) |
