TASTING NOTE: The wines of Fitou are refined blends of Carignan and Grenache with Syrah and Mourvèdre in support. These wines are noted for their concentration and structure. Very good value, this example suggests impressive strawberry, cherry, dry cedar and spice aromas and flavours. Intense and long with a food-friendly freshness. Enjoy with grilled sausages or burgers.
