Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh apple-cherry-plum flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. A ready-to-drink entry-level style. Has 12% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L16350 on the back label. |

| TASTING NOTE: Sartori has been farmed organically since 1985. Refosco dal Peduncolo is an ancient grape that has been enjoying rejuvenated interest and prominence thanks in large part to improved vineyard care and technique. The fruit is so ripe that it gives this wine an almost off-dry feel. Dark and crafted in an approachable style, there's lots of bright cherry and plum tones with a fresh herbaceous character that is quite lovely. Smooth and easy. Enjoy with grilled meats.
