TASTING NOTE: A great value cabernet franc, expressive and mid-weight. A peppery and earthy character is nicely complimented by the generous fruit on the palate. Gentle but notable oak ageing throws spice and additional tannins to the mix. An appealing, nicely polished cabernet franc with very good length. Drink now on its own or with barbequed beef. Tasted May 2016. Score - 88 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, June 2, 2016) Price $ 12.95
