TASTING NOTE: Joel Gott is good friends with growers in Napa, Lake County, Monterey, Lodi, Paso Robles, Santa Ynez and Sonoma, which helps him to deliver this truly cross-California Cabernet. Juicy and flavourful with dark berries and cassis supported by ripe tannins. Pair with grilled beef or mutton burgers topped with grilled red peppers. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2017) |
