Named after former owner and winemaker Reginald (\"Reg\") Merriman Nicholson, who established Rustenberg's famous dry red blend, this has always been a bit of a flag bearer for quality South African blends. This is a wine that always delivers a satisfying, complex and layered experience. Crafted from Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in 2015, you can expect to uncover richly articulated dark fruit and cassis with a peppery spice undertone and a lifted floral character. It will be a juicy and appealing match for steak, lamb kebabs or gourmet burgers. |
