PINOT NOIR 2015 Willamette Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PLANET OREGON
Medium purple-red colour. Slightly spicy, gently juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some apple sauce notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, somewhat spicy, baked plum-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp, gently cedary finish. Ready-to-drink. This organic crowd-pleaser has 13.6% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Very pleasant but not a head-turner at the price. Sells for $17.59 US at Garnet Wines & Liquors in NYC.
