Fairly deep purple colour. Sweetish, juicy, ripe cherry-plum puree nose with some cedar notes. Off dry, medium bodied, fairly juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a slightly cedary, tinny finish. This entry-level crowd pleaser has 14.5% alcohol and now apparently only 5 g/L residual sugar (it was, according to the LCBO website, 12 g/L residual sugar for the last shipment) with a new lot number L15232 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
