Medium light violet red colour. Slightly spicy with some tart vinegar notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, slightly sour, dried plum-cherry flavours with a crisp, somewhat dusty, high acid, vinegar-tinged finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Tasted twice. CSPC 372839

TASTING NOTE: Gamay Noir is a darling among wine geeks everywhere these days, yet it grows almost nowhere besides Canada and its home region of Beaujolais in France.
