Very bright very light yellow colour. Fairly intense, spicy, clove-tinged nose with some lemon meringue notes. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, mouth filling, Bourbon-tinged, intense, spicy lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, very cedary, fairly high acid, smoky finish. Ready-to-drink.
