Extremely ripe pale straw colour. Faintly honeyed, apple-lemon-melon nose with some faint leesy, nutty notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, apple-lemon-melon flavours with a tangy, somewhat flinty, unoaked finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17-0388 16357-02 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 85-points - Earthy, peach pit nose; medium-bodied, dry, white peach and apple skin flavour. Lacks depth. The 2015 (*/*+) with 84-points was released on July 9, 2016 at $9.95. |
