Very bright medium straw colour. Mineral-tinged, schisty, slightly spicy, dried lemon-apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, lightish, ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Quite ready-to-drink. Try with seafood. Has 11.5% alcohol and with lot number L37-16-3 LSF/16-3 on the upper part of the glass bottle. By the way, the vintage date appears on the on the back label. TASTING NOTE: A delicately understated nose of thyme, sage and green apple skin includes some lime aromas, before leading into a palate of real citrus character.
