TASTING NOTE: The 2014 Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaudevey has quite an intense nose that offers scents of mango, citrus fruit, shaved almond and just a hint of white chocolate. [Those] descriptors make it sound more exotic [than[ it actually is; this is delineated and not overpoweringly \"flashy\". The palate is well balanced with a fine line of acidity, plenty of citrus fruit, lemon rind and Granny Smith apples that segue into a more stony and reserved finish, which nevertheless lingers nicely in the mouth. This an excellent Les Vaudevey from Laroche. Drink Date: 2016-2025. Score - 91 (Neal Martin, robertparker.com, Aug. 2016) Price $ 38.95
