Bright medium straw colour. Slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, faintly peppery, lemon-apple meringue nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, tangy, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, toasty, mouthfilling finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / TRY - Reductive nose of apple and undergrowth with some oak spice;medium-bodied, dry, apple flavour. A well-balanced wine in a Burgundian style. CSPC 512178
