TASTING NOTE: This Extra Old (XO) brandy is made using the solera system in Jerez. Bronzed amber, it's distinctive with a bouquet of brown spices, old casks and sandalwood. Ultra smooth with a baked banana flambé flavour and a deep, mellow, sweet brown spiced finish, it's lovely to inhale in a snifter and let linger on your tongue.
