Extremely deep intense purple colour. Cedary, spicy, ripe plum-cherry nose with some cassis notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry-cassis flavours with some cedarynotes on the lingering tangy finish. The longer that the bottle was open, the better the wine got! TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points / BEST BUY - Cedary, smoky black currant nose; medium to full-bodied, dry, savoury, black currant with a lively spine of acidity. Firm tannic finish. The award winning blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Shiraz, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Merlot has 14% alcohol and a vibrant 6.7 g/L total acidity with lot number L6018 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Canada is the only country that is blessed by the ultra-convenient Zork closure! |
