| Bright medium-deep orange-amber colour. Attractive, honeyed, sweetish, caramel nose with ripe plummy, warm dark rum notes. Fairly dry, rich, spicy, honeyed, mouthfilling, caramel-butterscotch-driven, ripe plummy flavours with a lingering, gently tangy, faintly rustic finish. Has 40% alcohol with lot number 56-SL-5 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 91-points - BEST BUY - sweet, honeyed, rich Demerara sugar nose with vanilla stick notes; spicy, delicious, sweetish - intense, mouthflling and lingering. This is a great mixer or very tasty smooth sipper on the rocks. |
