This wine won Gold Medals at the 2014 Ontario Wine Awards and the 2014 National Wine Awards of Canada. TASTING NOTE: This is fine and honeyed, mineral riesling, perfectly pitched between fruit and earth, stones and fruit. The palate is fullish and off-dry, quite richly flavoured, with solid intensity - a wine of genuine complexity and length. Classy and complex. Surely a top riesling in the riper and richer style, and as usual arguably the best value riesling in the country. Tasted June 2014.
