A Best Buy
TASTING NOTE: Opaque is an understatement, and the intensity follows through on the nose. Blackberry, blueberry jam, milk chocolate, cassis and sun-baked earth create as complex an array of aromas as you could hope for. Huge and generous with thick, ripe, velvety tannins. A beautifully constructed example of how well Petit Sirah can perform alone. Enjoy this with osso buco, game, pepper steaks or meaty pasta. Drink till 2020+. (Vintages panel, Aug. 2013) Price $ 39.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
