TASTING NOTE: Deep ruby-purple colour. Impressively glass-coating with aromas of strawberry-rhubarb, spiced plum, hickory smoke and a hint of raisin. Dry, intensely fruity with good, resolving tannins and fresh acidity. Full bore wine, but with an immense amount of style. Full bodied and long-finishing. A good match for blackened lamb, or venison steaks grilled rare. Will also reward 3-5 years in a cellar. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2012) Price $ 23.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
